WikiLeaks Expose Charges China of Hacking Google

A leaked document passed on to the   New York Times   by WikiLeaks cites an unidentified Chinese contact warning the US Embassy in Beijing about the Chinese Politburo's involvement in the 2009 Google attack. This news comes as a courtesy of WikiLeaks vault, full of more than a quarter million US Department of State   cables , which are confidential documents sourced from US embassies spread all over the world.   The report in the New York Times states, "The Google hacking was part of a coordinated campaign of computer sabotage carried out by government operatives, private security experts and Internet outlaws recruited by the Chinese government. They have broken into American government computers and those of Western allies, the Dalai Lama and American businesses since 2002." More Info

Twitter users hit by viral hack attack

Twitter users were victims of a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability today as users reported message pop-ups and third-party websites being accessed without consent. In a statement, Twitter said the exploit is now fully patched. "We have identified and are patching an XSS attack; as always, please message @safety if you have info regarding such an exploit," said Twitter.

Installing Android To run Android you will need a microSD card that is not SDHC (typically a card less than 2GB) and a supported Windows Mobile phone (see below). You can check your microSD card compatibility by looking at the card to see if it shows the “HC” label. The microSD card will need to be formatted in FAT32. Plug the microSD card into the computer and right click on it and choose format. Note: Formatting a microSD drive will erase everything on that drive.
